三亞公交線路將優化 考慮組建公交集團公車公營

“公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)路(lu)布(bu)局不合理是影響公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)企業收入(ru)的一大原因,政(zheng)府應該對公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)路(lu)進行優(you)化(hua)(hua)。”今天上午,看了(le)南國都市報刊登(deng)有關(guan)三亞市公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)票(piao)價(jia)將(jiang)改革后,不少市民撥(bo)打南國都市報三亞站熱線(xian)反映。據了(le)解,上半年,三亞市有關(guan)部門(men)將(jiang)完成多條(tiao)公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)線(xian)路(lu)優(you)化(hua)(hua),并對公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)公(gong)司進行資源整合,考(kao)慮組建公(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)集團實行公(gong)車公(gong)營(ying)。

南(nan)國都市報(bao)記(ji)者查看三亞(ya)市所有(you)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)后發現,行駛經(jing)(jing)過(guo)市區及(ji)各(ge)景點的(de)(de)32條公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)和(he)5條微(wei)型公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)中(zhong),最短線路(lu)(lu)(lu)只有(you)7公(gong)(gong)里多,最長的(de)(de)達140公(gong)(gong)里,大部分(fen)是(shi)10至20公(gong)(gong)里之(zhi)間(jian)。經(jing)(jing)過(guo)三亞(ya)最繁華路(lu)(lu)(lu)段(duan)解放路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)有(you)22條之(zhi)多。由于(yu)線路(lu)(lu)(lu)規劃不(bu)(bu)合理,有(you)的(de)(de)路(lu)(lu)(lu)段(duan)一分(fen)鐘(zhong)內有(you)10多輛車(che)次經(jing)(jing)過(guo)是(shi)常有(you)的(de)(de)事,有(you)的(de)(de)路(lu)(lu)(lu)段(duan)四五十(shi)分(fen)鐘(zhong)等不(bu)(bu)來一輛公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)車(che)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)少(shao)見。不(bu)(bu)少(shao)市民向南(nan)國都市報(bao)反映乘(cheng)坐(zuo)三亞(ya)9路(lu)(lu)(lu)、12路(lu)(lu)(lu)、20路(lu)(lu)(lu)、27路(lu)(lu)(lu)等公(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)車(che)時的(de)(de)苦(ku)惱。

據了(le)解,三亞現(xian)(xian)有(you)注(zhu)冊運營公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)10家(jia)(jia)(jia),核準的(de)公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)線路(lu)37條(tiao)(其中市(shi)中心城區微型公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)線路(lu)5條(tiao)),現(xian)(xian)投放公(gong)(gong)(gong)共汽車(che)633輛,公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)運輸里(li)程860公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li),設(she)置(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)共汽車(che)站(zhan)點約860個(ge),年客運量達9200萬人次(ci)。10家(jia)(jia)(jia)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)中,國有(you)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)3家(jia)(jia)(jia)、合作(zuo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)2家(jia)(jia)(jia)、私營獨資(zi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)5家(jia)(jia)(jia)。而且,三亞還開通了(le)市(shi)區至(zhi)各景區、鄉鎮的(de)公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),基本上實現(xian)(xian)城鄉公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)。但隨著國內外游客日益增多(duo),市(shi)民(min)出行需求與(yu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)服務保障能力間(jian)矛盾愈加凸顯(xian)。特別是一(yi)些個(ge)體(ti)、私營公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),由(you)于駕駛人員素質參(can)差不(bu)齊,服務不(bu)到位(wei),在一(yi)定程度上影響了(le)三亞公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)行業(ye)(ye)形象。為(wei)此,三亞市(shi)國資(zi)委充分利用監管(guan)的(de)廣達公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、安達公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)2家(jia)(jia)(jia)國有(you)公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司平臺,計(ji)劃組建一(yi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)國有(you)公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)集團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司,提高國有(you)公(gong)(gong)(gong)交(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)的(de)競爭(zheng)力。

由于三(san)亞(ya)(ya)市(shi)目(mu)前有些公交(jiao)線路(lu)不(bu)(bu)是很完(wan)善(shan),有的(de)(de)路(lu)段(duan)重復率太高,有的(de)(de)線路(lu)過長,有的(de)(de)路(lu)段(duan)又(you)屬于公交(jiao)盲區,大大影響了市(shi)民(min)、游客的(de)(de)出(chu)行(xing)。為(wei)此,三(san)亞(ya)(ya)市(shi)正對公交(jiao)線路(lu)進(jin)行(xing)優化(hua),適當調整(zheng)運力,以方便市(shi)民(min)出(chu)行(xing)。目(mu)前,三(san)亞(ya)(ya)有關(guan)部(bu)門正開(kai)展優化(hua)、調整(zheng)線路(lu),完(wan)善(shan)公交(jiao)站點(dian)等(deng)前期工作,力爭上半年前完(wan)成。為(wei)避(bi)免一些個(ge)體、私營公交(jiao)企業由于駕(jia)駛人員(yuan)素質參差不(bu)(bu)齊(qi),服務不(bu)(bu)到位,影響三(san)亞(ya)(ya)公交(jiao)形象,有關(guan)部(bu)門正考慮優化(hua)公交(jiao)資源后,進(jin)行(xing)公車公營,如果運力不(bu)(bu)足,還(huan)適當增加人力等(deng)。
